Orders must be in writing either by completing an order from when visiting the Resources Centre or by post, fax or email. (Note: orders cannot be processed at the time of visit).

The turnaround time for processing orders is generally five to ten working days, subject to staff sickness or annual leave. We do aim to process all orders as soon as possible.

If a large project/campaign is planned, please contact the Resources Manager to discuss your requirements. It cannot be assumed that the quantities you require will be available. Planning ahead may mean that we can order additional supplies in order to meet your request.

A small selection of leaflets stocked have limits set as to the number that can be ordered.

Posters are generally issued in single copies.

Processed orders can be couriered via the NHS/East Sussex County Council courier service. Alternatively, if arranged, they can be collected from outside the Resources Centre, 1 st Floor, Bexhill Hospital, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
